Sharing a fleet of boats is great value for money and it costs less to join than to buy and run a boat. Our members get to enjoy all the fun of going boating, whenever they like, in a ready prepared fleet of quality boats.

Consistently affordable

With our monthly membership fee there’s no unexpected extras, like new engine parts. So, it’s easy to budget for your boating.

We operate a low ratio of members to boats, allowing greater accessibility to a premium range of boats. Use the App to book and go boating.

Instruction & skills

We provide full training through our on site RYA approved Powerboat school. It’s fun learning and straight forward too.

Choice & variety of boats

We offer a selection of premium powerboats and RIBs, all suitable for different uses. Couples, families & friends, fishing and having a blast.

Unlimited booking

Book a boat whenever you want. There’s no extra costs or limitations. You can book up to four sessions at any one time.

Sociable & fun

We host regular Club social events and run on water guided trips to show you the best places to visit. It’s fun to meet and cruise with other members.

Fully serviced

We maintain and fuel the boats. We also take care of boat cleaning, storage and insurance, saving you time!

Ready to go

Your boat will be fuelled up, launched and ready for when you arrive. Just turn up, walk aboard, cast off and go.

No joining fee

Yes, we mean it. Unlike many other Boat Clubs and even traditional yacht and motor boat clubs, there is no joining fee!

Trafalgar Boat Club location and facilities

Based at Trafalgar Wharf over-looking Port Solent on Portsmouth Harbour, the Boat Club is just a few minutes from the M27.

Our location at the top of Portsmouth Harbour gives ready access to the Solent, passing some of Portsmouth magnificent heritage sites, including the Historic Dockyard and Spinnaker Tower on the way.

With a fully dredged channel, our pontoons at Trafalgar Wharf are fully accessible. You can get in and out any stage between high and low tide, and we are able to launch the boats anytime using our amazing Wiggins marine forklifts.

All the club boats are kept indoors in the vast Premier Trafalgar Drystack building, which keeps them clean, free of barnacles and weed and preserves their overall condition.
